About Me
I am nominating myself for the Vysya Limelight Awards because I believe my journey reflects the importance of pursuing one's interests with dedication, even while balancing academics. As a Grade 11 student, I have explored numerous art forms, music, and Indian devotional traditions while also taking the initiative to establish Edukala – The Art Studio. For me, this nomination is an opportunity to have my efforts and journey recognised, not just the number of skills I have learnt. I strongly believe that art deserves equal importance alongside education, especially in a world where children are increasingly surrounded by digital screens. I want to encourage more children to discover the joy of hands-on learning and experience art as an important part of their growth. I am proud of what I have pursued so far, and I believe I deserve to be considered for this award because I have worked towards turning my interests into something I can share with others. I also see this as motivation to continue learning, growing and making a meaningful contribution.

How do you plan to utilize this award to further your goals or impact.
If I receive this award, I would use the recognition as an opportunity to expand my workshops, reach more children and introduce them to a wider variety of art forms, particularly traditional Indian arts that deserve to be explored by younger generations.
