Vote Based Awards

  • Votes can only be cast through Indian mobile numbers.
  • Each mobile number is allowed only *one vote*.
  • Family members of the *VLA4W core team* are not eligible to make nominations.
  • Winners and runners-up must be physically present at the event to receive their awards. Failure to do so will result in the award being given to the next top-ranked contestant.
  • Participants must attend the event in person to be recognized or honored.
  • The Organizer/Award Program will not be held responsible for server issues that may arise during the contest.
  • The event schedule will remain unchanged despite server discrepancies, unless the Organizer/Award Program decides otherwise.
  • *Displayed voting points or vote counts* on the website are subject to change based on verification and validation.
  • If fraudulent activities such as bot usage are detected during the voting process, nominations may be canceled without prior notice.
  • Nominees have no right to request voting data, including voter details, voting statistics, competitor information, or validation processes.
  • By participating, nominees may use only the *provided nominee badge, certificate, and voting banner* in accordance with the vote count.
  • SMS confirmations may be sent to voters to verify the authenticity of their vote.
  • The Organizer/Award Program reserves the right to make all decisions regarding the voting and award process.
  • Participation in the voting process does not entitle the nominee to claim any monetary benefits, winner packages, digital services, or marketing services.
  • If you feel that by participating in the voting process, you are promoting the Award Program or its products, you are encouraged to cease any campaigns related to voting and request the cancellation of your nomination.
  • **Contestants are prohibited from using the Award Name, Brand Logo, Organizer Details, Winner Announcements, or Website Details unless permission from the Vysya Limelight Awards Organizer.
  • Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
  • This is a corporate activity and not a community outreach charity initiative.
