Vysya Limelight Awards

* Family members of the VLA core team are not eligible to make nominations.
* There is no limit to the number of nominations an individual may submit for jury-based awards and vote based award nomination too.
* Nominees can only be shortlisted in one main category.
* All nominations must comply with the Nomination Guidelines.
* VLA reserves the right to withdraw any nomination if it is discovered that a family member made the nomination, the nominee fails to meet the criteria (e.g., reputation or service length), or the evidence provided is false.
* Nominators are responsible for informing VLA of any changes in contact details during the entry and judging period.
* For nominees under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required. Nomination forms submitted by post must include a signature, and online nominations must confirm that consent has been given.

* Entries will only be accepted via the VLA nomination website. Submissions through email, post, or fax will not be considered.
* VLA is not responsible for any failures to submit or incomplete submissions due to internet issues. Proof of submission does not guarantee delivery.
* Entries received after the deadline will not be considered. Incomplete submissions by the deadline will also be rejected.
* Nominators may be required to provide additional materials or evidence after submission, especially one mandatory document a proof of Vysya.
* Nomination forms must be fully completed with all necessary personal information.
* Nominations will be judged based solely on the information provided and its relevance to the category criteria.

* VLA follows best practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data submitted during the nomination process. All information is securely stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act and will be destroyed six months after the VLA ceremony.
* In the event of website slowness or downtime, it is important to note that such technical difficulties are handled in a transparent and friendly manner. These issues, if they occur, will affect all users equally, and VLA will work diligently to resolve them.
* As the VLA is a social impact initiative, any technical issues should be approached in a cooperative and sportive spirit. The team strives to uphold the highest standards, but in the rare case of disputes, mutual understanding is encouraged as the preferred method of resolution.
* Exceptional disputes, if not resolved amicably, will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad & Secunderabad courts only.

* VLA will not disclose nominator details in response to general inquiries. All information provided will be treated confidentially and shared only with the VLA team and voluntary judging panels.
* If a nominee is successful, they must consent to the creation of publicity material, which may be edited by VLA for media use.

* The decisions of the jury panels and the VLA are final. No correspondence regarding the awards will be entertained.
* Shortlisting Process:

* An internal panel will shortlist 5-6 nominees for each category, passing them to the VLA Judging Panel.
* The VLA jury will then further shortlist two finalists for each category.

* Finalists will be notified and arrangements will be made for filming for the Awards ceremony.
* Nominee details will be verified before proceeding with any nominations. Nominations will be disqualified if details are inaccurate or if disciplinary concerns arise.
* Finalists will be contacted within two working days of the panel decision and will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation for the event.
* All nominees must participate in awards publicity if required.

* By entering the VLA, participants agree to these terms and conditions as well as the general website terms.
* VLA reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by posting changes online.
* VLA may:

* Vary nomination deadlines or announcement dates.
* Disqualify any nominee who breaches the rules, fails to meet category descriptions, or engages in fraud.
* Cancel or amend any awards, selection processes, or criteria at any stage if necessary or due to unforeseen circumstances.

* VLA accepts no responsibility for technical issues that affect nominations.
* Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the awards and will not be shared without permission.
